Hi there,
I wrote a DAX equation to display blank after today's date. But the chart is instead showing a flat line.
Please help.

Hi, @jh2
Please try the following methods.
Measure:
Cumulative FTE Deployed =
CALCULATE (
SUM ( 'Process Improvement Tracker'[FTE Equivalent] ),
FILTER (
ALL ( 'Process Improvement Tracker' ),
[Date] <= SELECTEDVALUE ( 'Process Improvement Tracker'[Date] )
)
)
Deployed to Date =
IF (
MAX ( 'Process Improvement Tracker'[Date] ) > EOMONTH ( TODAY (), 0 ),
BLANK (),
'Process Improvement Tracker'[Cumulative FTE Deployed]
)
Is this the result you expect?

@jh2 I just did a video on running total to answer some different questions and in this video, I also talked about how not to show running total for all the future months, check this video here. https://youtu.be/6lGQKACZbNk
I would ❤ Kudos if my solution helped. 👉 If you can spend time posting the question, you can also make efforts to give Kudos to whoever helped to solve your problem. It is a token of appreciation!

@Syk Hi there, thank you for the support. The graph is still showing exactly the same after applying the change.
When you click on the visual, go to your visualization pane and make sure this is unchecked
@Syk Doesn't resolve as this only clears the months with no data. Because this is a combo chart, the data (from the bars) needs to remain. But the line measure I only need displaying until today()
Change the logic to see if the date is before today, return your value and leave the second half of the if statement blank.
Deployed to Date = IF(
MAX('Process Improvement Tracker'[Date]) < EOMONTH(TODAY(), 0),
'Process Improvement Tracker'[Cumulative FTE Deployed]
)
