Custom Theme - Color Shades

Hello - I am looking to change the custom Theme colors (used for Data colors, background, etc.) from 60% lighter, 40% lighter, 20 lighter shades (default) to 25% lighter, 50% lighter and 75% lighter respectively. Can these shades % be modified?

Thanks.

Hi @kabra_ashish ,

Based on your problems, here are my answers.

In Power BI Desktop, you can change the style and color of the theme, and you can also edit the color and style you need via Json. You can read this document: Use report themes in Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

The percentage-based adjustments for lighter shades (e.g., 25%, 50%, 75%) are not directly available in the theme settings. However, you can achieve similar effects by customizing the color codes in your theme. For instance, if you want a color to be 25% lighter, find its hexadecimal code and adjust it manually to achieve the desired shade.

You can go to Idea and come up with your own ideas: https://ideas.fabric.microsoft.com/
