Creating an MTD/QTD/YTD measure using working days

I want to create a measure that I can receive the MTD/QTD/YTD for each "working day" of every month

Creating a measure with just MTD repeats the same vaule for weekends "Saturday,Sunday, & Holidays"

If putting in the filter for "working days", will the measure still show the same result as MTD dax measure?

If not, what is the proper way to create a measure?
