Creating an Alert using Show as a Table Variables

Hello,

I would like to create an alert using variables from "Show as a Table".

Essentially, I have a line chart where I utilize Anomaly detection. When I click on show as a table I get the following table:

I would like to create a measure that will count the number of anomalies in a specific time frame and populate a Card with it, and hence will get triggered when the number changes.

Is that doable?
