Create hirachy slicer from list of values

Hi Power BI experts, I once again require your help! 🙂

This time, I have a list with values from which I need to build a hirachy slicer. 

The list contains the following data (all in one column):

1-1-1
1-2-1
1-3-1
1-1-1-1
1-1-1-2
1-1-1-3
1-1-1-4
1-2-1-1
1-2-1-2
1-2-1-3
1-2-1-4
1-3-1-1
1-3-1-2

(Table 1)

With power query, I would like to transform it to the following table, however, I was not able to figure out the necessary transformation steps:

1-1-1		1-1-1-1
1-1-1		1-1-1-2
1-1-1		1-1-1-3
1-1-1		1-1-1-4
1-2-1		1-2-1-1
1-2-1		1-2-1-2
1-2-1		1-2-1-3
1-2-1		1-2-1-4
1-3-1		1-3-1-1
1-3-1		1-3-1-2

As an end result, I would like the second table to create a hirachy slicer (this step I know how to do):

I would really appreciate any help/ideas transforming Table 1 to Table 2 in power query! Thanks!
