I have a column with calculated values. I now want another column that sums those values only when the values in another calculated column are blank. In the screen shot, I'd like to sum up Percentage of Sales LY where Total Sales TY is blank.

Unfortunately, I cannot see the image clear enough to use the data but here is a stab in the dark.
CALCULATE([Percentage of Sales LY], TableName[Total Sales TY]="")
This is just using your measure names from your description. You would need to modify that calculation to use your actual measure names as well as the table name.
I cannot see the screen capture, though, so I may be completely off base.
