Count frequency of value appearing in another column

Hi folks,

I have 2 tables, table 1 'Words' contains a list of Terms in the Term column that are deemed non inclusive:

Table 2 'WorkItems' contains a list of items that may have this term used in the Title column:

I want to count how many times a word from my Term column appears in the Title column - how would I do so?

Try this calculated column in Table1:

Term Count = 
VAR vTerm = Table1[Term]
VAR vResult =
    COUNTROWS ( FILTER ( Table2, CONTAINSSTRING ( Table2[Title], vTerm ) ) )
RETURN
    vResult
