Conditional group for top 10 and others with category field

Need suggestion based on the below field name: Source

Field name with source info need to categorized top 10 distinct count as one condition High and others as Low including blank too

Please suggest how can we achieve this? Much helpful

what's the expected output for this? I didn't see any duplicated values int the sample data.

what if we have the same distinct count result? how to select top 10?

I have shared the unique informaiton but in source details level have duplicates too,

based on the souce field, need to generate a column with top 10 + Others .

Please suggest, if any
