Change Slicer field based on a Field Parameter Slicer

I am using a Field parameter for the "Territory" Slicer here:

I would like to have a secondary slicer that updates with the values shown in the "Market table"

so if a user selects Region they can choose the regions from the secondary slicer

I have tried to create a measure to add to the secondary slicer but it doesn't work

my Territory dimension looks like this:

has anyone been able to make this work?

This is my test table:

Unpivot columns in Power Query as below shown:

You will get a table like this:

You can select Region and can choose the regions from the secondary slicer:
