Calculating sum for 2 different dates

Hello 

I have 2 differents datasets one contains employee id start date and end date 
the other contains employees id and the year where he was a key people for the entreprise 

i want to calculate the sum of leaves for the company for the last 12 months where leave date is in the same year where the employee was a key people

Solutions ? and thank you

Hi @Mannai ,

Could you please provide some sample data in your tables (exclude sensitive data) with Text format and your expected result with backend logic and special examples. It is better if you can share a simplified pbix file. Thank you.
