Power BI Report Server Branding - more customization

I find the current branding of the Power BI Report Server is very rigid. For instance, I can't choose different font colour for the "title" (the top) bar and the "search" bar (right under the top bar). When the custom brand is loaded the site name saved in Properties is lost.

The color of the report, data source and data sets can be changed. The documentation for customization is outdated.
