I dont speak or read spanish and some how I got assigned Spanish as default language

when I login I am seeing Spanish as default forum and also seeing my post in Spanish

How to get back to English ? please advice

I looked into details as per your instructions (it was always English and never changed)

But you see in the notification feed, I always get like this
