table sorter not working on PBI service report

I've used table sorter custom visual in my PBI desktop report and then publish to PBI service. Everything works fine in my PBI desktop report, but NOT for the published report. The table sorter visual is not interacting with any other visuals at all. However, if I click on any other visual, the table sorter does change. I don't know why the same custom visual behaves differently. Any helps are appreciated!

I'd like to suggest you check the interaction setting if interaction has been changed after publish.
In addition, you can also contact to power bi custom visual team and report this scenario.
