power bi dashboard time format changes from 24 hrs to 12 hrs format automatically after publishing

Hello all,

 

I have format of date with 24 hrs in power bi desktop. after publishing to sharepoint, it changes to 12 hr format. why is it happening. how to avoid happening. please guide me. thank you.
