know who is sharing?

The audit log shows us what has been shared in the past...but is there a way to create a report that shows who is currently sharing?

Hi @Anonymous ,

I think I would use the Audit log for se who is sharing reports/dashboards. You can set up a mail after someone share a report oder dashboard with power automate and the activity alerts. I would collect them in a Sharepoint list oder excel and would create a Power BI Report on top.

If you like on my blog site you can see how to extract email adresses from an activity alert 🙂

Hope this will help :).

Thanks @KBO I'll test it out and see if we can get it to work.
