Subscribe the group mail for access report doesn't work

I am trying to subscribe a group to my dashboard. 

When I run it, it says that the dashboard was sent successfully. However, the group doesn't receive anything. 

My dashboard is in the Premium Capacity.

Subscribe option has some limitations. For ex: Email subscriptions will not work if your dashboard has custom visuals,  If your email id is differs from UPN or public internet access is disabled in admin portal.

Thank you @Anonymous . It has appeared that our email group is blocking emails outside of the organization.
