Search filter not working in power bi service

Hello, I have tried using the text filter and the text search slicer in Power BI 

The search works on desktop, but not on power bi service. It is just blank on service. How can this be fixed?

For unexpected results from a custom visual, you will need to contact the creator of that visual.  In this case the Text Search Slicer is by Databrothers.  If you go to the visuals page, to the "Details and Support" you will see the support link:
