PowerBI Server Dashboards/Reports not working - Unexpected Error Occurred

I can't see any data being populated into my reports this morning (6/16/16) and when I open the reports, I just get the loading icons. Eventually, it results in the following error. Is anyone else having problems this AM? How common of an occurance is this?

btw: Looks like its back up and working now. Still would like to know if anyone has experienced these outages before and what the frequency of that is..

From the error message, it's hard for us to go deep. If you come across the issue next time, I would suggest you create a support ticket to get dedicated support.

The question wasn't meant as a troubleshooting exercise - it was more to understand if other people have experienced the same.
