PowerBI Online's On Demand Refresh and Scheduled Refresh

I need some help on powerbi online's On Demand Refresh and Scheduled Refresh.

Data source error: Information is needed in order to combine data;Information about a data source is required.. The exception was raised by the IDbCommand interface.

Note: 1) No Gateway Connection for the dataset.Excel file in the Data Source are in One.
2) For the Data Sources I have 5. 1 from Salesforce (as Salesforce Object) with Privacy Level: Organizational. 4 as Excel file with Privacy Level: None.
3) PowerBI Pro License published on POwerBI Premium Workspace
4) Manual Refresh is still working and done only through Power BI Desktop

Troubleshooting Done
1. I redid Get Data from scratch
2. I redid Privacy Levels from Organizational to None

Check the privacy level settings of the two data sources, including the privacy level of the data source in Power BI Desktop and the privacy level of the two gateways in Power BI Service.
