According to your description, your problem is reporting an error when refreshing data.
You can view the data in the date column in the CITY table and whether there is any error data.

I removed the table-city and deployed the model and was able to refresh . I looked at the dates column in the CIty table and it looked ok .
I want to know if we can enable additional logging to see the actual error recorded by PowerBI service as the generic error doesnt help.
Please show the relevant Power Query code.
