Hello All,
I have added Paginated reports to a PPU Workspace and published as an app. Do my organizational users need PPU license to view the reports? They already have Pro licenses. Please confirm.

Well @NarendranK
It seems I spoke too soon, it was the case that Pro licences could run Paginated Reports shared with them, but I've just re-tested it and now they can't!
As I said it was odd that Paginated Reports seemed to be a special case, but that loophole seems now to be closed.
Now Paginated Reports are like any other content. If they are on a PPU workspace the users will need a PPU licence to view them. If they are on a Premium Capacity workspace the users can view them with a Free licence.
Hope this helps
Stuart
Hi @NarendranK
At the moment, "Pro" licence users do not need a PPU licence to access Paginated Reports in an App, or if they are shared from a Workspace.
This is odd because Pro licence owners will need a PPU licence if they have other content (Reports or Dashboards) shared with them from a PPU workspace or in an App build from a PPU workspace.
Paginated Reports seem to be a special case.
Hope this helps
