I have a PBI gateway in personal mode on a corporate Virtual Machine. After I changed my password, it has been locking me out 3 to 4 times a day. I had to have it un-installed. My IT department does not know what to do. Can anyone help?

I have also had the credentials on the PC cleared. I re-signed in when I re-installed it. The authentication is automatic so maybe a bad one is being stored on the server...
I un-installed it and re-installed it but it keeps locking my credentials.
