Hello,
We have an account that will be disabled soon. We were able to take over some of the subscriptions, though we were NOT able to locate the subscriptions made in the workspace APP. This is the main area where the important subsciptions are sent. How does the admin take over?
Also the account listed to be deactivated is listed as the "publisher". Not sure if this is different than "Owner" and it needs to be reassigned. Please let me know.
Thanks for your response. The account holder is still active so we are able to see. We were jsut finding a way to not have to recreate the subscription in the app. From further research, it doesn't look like the "takeover" function for subscriptions works for apps. Thanks for your time.
Yeah unfortunately there currently is no way to take over a subscription.

You should be able to look in the Power BI Audit logs on the app workspace to see which reports have subscriptions.
I think the operation is called "Get Snapshots" in the Power BI Audit log.
You can then re-create those subscriptions with the new account?
