Hi Support,
We have a Pro account and sharing a dashboard to a partner who has an external domain and Pro Trial account for Power BI.
The login request works but the POWER BI Page is BLANK and it just shows Q&A? We can ask questions etc but our dashboards are gone?
I have tried resetting computer, clearing history from browsers, different computers etc...same issue blank screen !
Some more information has come, two external users of same domain can access the reports without an issue. The new person i added was invited under the new login invitation process that i have not seen before. I tried re sharing this dashboard with another trial account and it is now blank again when previously the shared linked worked.
Can you advise please?

This is caused by the new feature of sharing with external users. Please refer to https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/power-bi-expands-access-to-intelligence-for-external-guest-....
The workaround are:
1. Grant the external user a pro license, OR
2. The external user purchase a pro license.
