Formatting and Grouping of Data in Power BI

I have developed a tabular report in Power BI Desktop using power query. I need to do various formatting like background color of cell on basis of condition as we do in excel using conditional formatting but I didn't find any tab related to custom formatting . Also need to apply row grouping on table as can be done in power pivot table.

We have developed a similar report in excel using power pivot table and have applied custom formatting in that.

Can you please help in achieving the similar visualization as we have done in Excel.

There is a "matrix" visualization that should give you your grouping.

Nothing that I know of yet that allows formatting of pretty much anything.
