Export to Excel times shown as datetime

Hi,

All of a sudden when I export a table to Excel the times are shown as datetimes. Before this was not the case. In the table (on Service) the times are shown as expected. It only happens when I export it.

I know I can fix this with the field settings in Excel, but it's annoying to do this all the time. Is there an other way to fix this?

Thank you in advance,

Wessel van Erp

Hi, @wesselvanerp

This should be the default setting of excel.

You can try to create a calculated column in Power BI Desktop using DAX below, then export visual to csv.

Date= FORMAT(Table1[Date],"mm/dd/yyyy")

Did I answer your question ? Please mark my reply as solution. Thank you very much.
If not, please feel free to ask me.
