Hi,
We are passing GUID from application to report as parameter to filter report , so when i export data from the visuals the GUID which is passed also getting exported . can i get rid of that issue please.
I need a solution where it should not show that GUID when i export data.
Hi @chotu27,
Is GUID added to visual? Did you export "Summarized data" or "Underlying data" on service?
If you are a dataset owner, you can set proprietary columns to "hidden" so that they don't show up in the Field list in Desktop or Power BI service. That way, hidden columns are invisible when uses export "Underlying data" from service.
Besides, when using the “export underlying data” option in Power BI Service, apart from columns added to visual, the rest columns whose data type are not "text" cannot be shown in export file. If possible, please set GUID to numeric.

Yuliana Gu
