Deployment Workspace for Multiple departments

What should be the structure of deployment workspaces in case of mutiple departments ?

We have development workspaces for each department like sales, finance, marketing etc. should we create seperate uat and prod workspace for each department, example UAT workspace for Sales , Prod workspace for Sales , UAT workspace for marketing and Prod worspace for marketing etc ? we are using premium license

Creating seperate workspaces based on environments and domains depends on multiple factors w.r.t roles,access and responsibility.
