Hi,
We have a large dataset that has approx 30 SQL connections.
Data is a mix of incremental loads and full loads. All connections are import storage mode.
We have an intermittant issue where the service is saying that the data has been refreshed but the data is not changing in the model. When the dataset goes like this, the only way to get it back to normal is to re-publish the dataset and this corrects the refresh/ up-to-date data issue for a while.
This is happening about 1/2 times a month.
Has anyone had a similar issue ? Is there any troubleshooting that can be done ?
Thanks in advance
Mark

Hi, @Griggers
Do you mean by the scheduled refresh Succeeded but the data displayed in the report won't Update?
According to my research, it seems to be a common issue especially when the dataset is large and has multiply connections.
As far as I’m concerned, opening a support ticket seems to be the best way to find the root cause of this problem.
