Hi, I have a dataset that uses a set of parameters to limit the amount of data that gets loaded into my model. I have the parameters set to a very small amount of data when I am working on the model on my desktop, but in the Power BI Service the parameters are set to allow for much more data. Every time I updated the model and click Publish it overwrites these parameters in the Power BI Service with parameters I use locally on my desktop.
Is there any way in the Power BI Service to configure the dataset so that Publish doesn't replace the parameters? I couldn't find anything but I figured I would check.

no and yes, this a normla behavior and as far Im aware isnt possible to change it, now this can be controlled and solved using pipelines: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/deployment-pipelines-overview
if this helped give some kudos, if solved your problem or question mark as solution for others to find it.
