Dataflow with Organizational Account - Unexpected Error

I am trying to set up a Dataflow to pull data from an OData feed from an on-prem CRM source.  I see "Organizational Account" as an option, but as soon as I try to sign in, I get "Unexpected Error".  I successfully set up an OData feed with Anonymous (AdventureWorks), and don't have a different OAuth OData feed to try.  Since it is an OData feed, I am not using a Gateway ("none" selected in Dataflow set up); I tried to set up a Gateway but Org Account not an option.

Please let me know steps to successfully set up an OData dataflow with Org Account authentication.

Hi @mahoneypa

As said, you connect to a an on-prem CRM source, please read this article:

Using dataflows with on-premises data sources

If you have any problem after inplementing the method this article suggests, please let me know.

Best Regards

Maggie

I agree that connect with a SQL Server connection to a CRM instance would require a gateway; however, the CRM is hosted by a third party and only the OData connection is available.  Since it is a web-based front end (OData url feed), shouldn't I be able to create a dataflow without a gateway (similar to how I did with AdventureWorks OData feed)?  Please let me know if this is possible.
