Playing with the new Data in Space feature and I am wondering if I can use my enterprise PREMIUM service or if end users in the augmented reality need to be assigned a PRO license? I only see how to pin reports, not an APP so how do individual users use my PREMIUM account. Thanks!

Data in space overview (preview)
Data in space must be set up and enabled by Power BI administrators. They need to create an Azure spatial anchors resource in the organization's Azure account and connect it to their Power BI tenant. They also need to assign users to the roles that will allow them either to create or modify anchors or to search for saved anchors. For more information, see Set up Data in space for your organization.

As far as I am aware users should be able to view the reports if your data is in an App which has had Premium assigned to it.
