Creating CDS Compliance Validator Web Extension for PowerBI Reports

I am trying to create a sample web extension for powerbi web service which will validate if powerbi report is CDS compliant or not. For this, I want to access html elements of powerbi report. I tried to do inspect element on powerbi web service but didnt see actual HTML. How can I get the HTML code behind report? This is similar to Accessibility Insight for Web extension

If you want to get the HTML code behind report, please right click to select view page source.

Then you can access html elements of power bi report.
