Could not connect Gateway and refresh the data by schedule

It seems the gatewat has completely setup, but I'm still facing the gateway issue and could not refresh the data.

Could you please suggest me how should I fix it ? 😭

You can try the following:

You can check whether the User set in the data source has your username.

You can perform a gateway test in the Gateway interface - Diagnostics - Start new test to see if the gateway is online.
