Currently, Office 365 Search does not index Power BI reports and dashboards directly. However, if the report is being shared or its data is being used in other Office 365 applications, they may become searchable in those applications.
You can do the following to increase the confidentiality of power bi reports:
Review sharing settings: Make sure reports are not shared with unnecessary users. Use the Share feature in Power BI with caution and only with specific people or groups who need access.

Set data permissions: View permissions for the underlying dataset. If the dataset is hosted on SharePoint or OneDrive, make sure its permissions are set to only allow access to authorized users.

Apply sensitivity labels: Use sensitivity labels in Power BI to classify and protect your data. You can create labels and apply them to Power BI reports in the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center. These tags help prevent accidental sharing and can be configured to protect content at rest and in transit.

Configure DLP policies: Enforce data loss prevention (DLP) policies within the Microsoft 365 Compliance Center to control the flow of sensitive information and prevent it from being shared inappropriately.

Power BI admin settings: Check the information protection tenant settings in the Power BI admin portal to make sure they comply with your organization's confidentiality requirements.
