Hello,
I want to test the usage of E-Mail Subscripton on a report. I checked that the feature is active, but i cannot create a Subscription. I get following error message:

Take a look at the considerations-and-troubleshooting for Subscribe.
If this didn't help, you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

I will try to help you but need a bit more information.
When you say that you "checked that the feature is active" -- what do you mean by that? Are you saying that you clicked "Subscribe" and then filled in the fields and got the error only after you clicked "Save and close"? Or did you get the error some other way?

Several things from that article that may apply:
- subscriptions can be turned off by your administrator
- you need a Pro license

Hi @mihart ,
I am the administrator and i have a pro license. I checked that the feature is activated in the admin portal/admin section (which it is). Then i tried to establish a Subscription, so i opened a report, clicked "subcripe" and filled the fields accordingly to my wishes. When i then click "Save and close" the error mentioned above appears and i cannot save the Subscription.
