App Blank Screen Until Clear Cache

Whenever I update the app (or almost always) the next time I go to the app the screen is entirely blank, as if it is getting stuck loading. But it isn't trying to load, it is just blank. If I refresh the page, it stays blank. The only thing that works is if I clear my browser cache - then it works fine...until the next time, which is several times a day. Any idea what is causing that?

Hi @GE1 ,

There are some factors may contributing to the issue.

1.The cache may become corrupted due to browser caches or network errors.

2.Using the outdated version of browsers can sometimes handle cache inefficiently.

 

Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:

1.Disable any browser extensions or add-ons that may interfere with application functionality.

2.Ensure that the browser to load the latest version of the files.

3.You can also try to use another browser.
