How to text.split by number of characters

Table.FromColumns({ Text.Split([Order],""),

Text.Split([Order],"&"), Text.Split([Capacity],"&")},

Table.ColumnNames(Source))

 

How to convert above formula to number of char 10 ?

A data sample and screenshot of desired outcome would be useful.

In general, you can use the Splitter function, but you may need a calculation for the List of Splits depending on your data

 

Splitter.SplitTextByLengths({10,10})(text_to_split))
