You can publish a pbix file to any file document library on SharePoint 2010 - but SharePoint will have no understanding of its content and cannot render the contained reports - it is just a XML-file.
I expect the future relase of SQL Server 2016 to be able to render pbix files using Reporting Services - so you have to upload pbix files to your instance of Reporting Services - and possibly having Reporting Services running in SharePoint Integrated Mode. This will possibly require at least SharePoint 2013 or newer.
