Hello,
I currently have the following formula in Excel. When I upload to power query within Power BI, it takes the formula as plain text. Is there any way to show "click here" in the 'Project Name' column instead? Currently, I "copy and paste values" the Project Name field within Excel before uploading to Power BI to circumvent the issue.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

In power query of Power BI Desktop, it cannot support the hyperlink , it will return only text format, but you can implement in a table visual, you can refer to the following solution.
1.Split the hyperlink and the text to two columns.
2.In Power BI Desktop, set the link data category to "Web URL"
3.In a table visual, put the text column to the visual, then set the conditional formatting to 'Web URL', and select the link column.
