Windows app not listing reports from SSRS

We have an issue that when we use the Windows Power BI app to connect to our Power BI SSRS server we can login ok, and can see the folders but each folder appears empty - no reports listed.

When we do the same with the android app, the folder appears correctly with the report files within.

Any ideas?!

Our live SSRS Power BI server is a little out of date currently running version 15.0.2.389, but I have tried on our development server which is running 15.0.1102.235 and have the same issue there. The windows App version I currently have is 1926.

Hey @Anonymous ,

The windows 10 app supports only KPI and mobile reports. PBIX reports hosted in SSRS/PRIRS are not supported.

We recommend users to use the browser to access these reports.

Hi thanks for the quick reply.

This seems a bit backwards isnt it though? The android app does it fine - which is probably more likely used on phones, where as the windows app more likely used on laptops/PCs doesnt?

Is there a risk that at some point in the future the android app will lose the full PBIX report support as well?
