I have an issue with Apple IPAD power BI application. I tried it on 3 different appleIPADs. I designed a Dashboard on power BI Desktop at my computer. Then I published it on PowerbI Report Server on my computer (I'm using power BI Report server at my desktop computer ) I connected to PBI reporting server with my IPAD App via WİFİ(Loca). After connect Everything is fine . for a time IPAD PBI app worked perfectly and I could see all current numbers and visualizations. a few Hours later the dashboard stopped working suddenly. it showed "an exprecteted error accrued".
it didn't allow to touch "see details" button
I have to close the server connection and reconnect each time to resolve this problem. it worked perfectly on the other platforms ( Chrome, Android, Thunderbird, IOS safari, windows, Linux )
I think this is a bug on IPAD PBI APP . could you please check it???

Which version of power bi mobile app your test? I'd like to suggest update to latest version and try again.(recently power bi mobile team fix similar issue on newest version)
In addition, if above also not help, please contact to mobile team to get more support.

I' m using the latest version of "power BI" " version 15.7". after that issue happened I updated power BI version that what maybe it is possible that error it was an old version
but noting chaged .
