Hello,
We have end-users who are members with 'Members can edit Power BI content' permissions yet are experiencing the refresh error below intermittently when trying to 'refresh now' when connected to the primary domain via VPN.
Could someone please advise recommended troubleshooting steps, i.e. Power BI or gateway logs, etc., that would help identify the root cause? I have looked at the Fiddler and F12 traffic to no avail, but may not be looking for the correct log entry.

If your data gateway is online and data source is configured properly. I suggest you to create a support ticket at http://support.powerbi.com (see bottom of page). Please provide above screenshot and you can provide the fiddler traces to help support engineer to troubleshooting the problem.
