get the Certified status field of a report using API

Hi,

I have reports marked as certified, located in a shared workgroup:

We also have it scanned in MS Purview, where it is possible to see the "Certified" badge, and also the user who certified the report.

Therefore, I suppose that this information is available via API.

However, when I use the PowerBI REST API to get the Report information, the response schema is very limited:

Reports - Get Report - REST API (Power BI Power BI REST APIs) | Microsoft Learn

We have PowerBI pro license.

Is it possible to get the "Certified" status field using PowerBI API?

Best regards,

Roman NL.

Yes, you can get this detail from the API. GetScanStatus will return endoresementDetails within reports array by workspace.

Why would that be by report?  Isn't the certification targeted at datasets?

Endorsement status is recorded on reports and datasets
