stacked column diagram in Percent

I have a stacked columns chart in percent, that works. My problem is, the chart should be in percent, but the values that are displayed must be in hours. In Excel it works, can it be done in Power BI Desktop? I can not find a setting where I can configure the display.

@Edlaos,  you can use % measure or hour measure. You can not use % measure label display .
