possible for setting unichar to be 4 color based on whether i have that unichar symbol in the field

I would like to know whether i can set once if i have specfic unichar(e.g. up arrow then return green, down arrow then red, no change then grey, no data then black) for creating the measured column . as using the change >0,<0 =0 ,"-"does not work for my case if i would like to create measured column.

@Hayoung , you can create a arrow(unichar) measure and color that using another color measure using conditional formatting field value option
