Hi can anyone please let me know how to connect to oracle on-perm database itried installing oracle client software in local machine but still I am getting those error can anyone please tell me how to connect to oracle database from local my loacl machine to oracle on-perm database which is in virtual machine in detail please

Please make sure you have permission to the oracle database in the virtual machine.
