matrix table

hi i am trying to create a matrix table which looks like the one in the link below.

My problem is that in Power BI  i cant find the possibility to change my output values ( measures) into columns or raws.
In pivot tables in excel after adding more than one measure, a one additional box appears (marked red in the example pic) and its possible to change its location into raws and columns.

 

So my question is...

Is it possible in Power BI ?
