filters time

hello guys i need help.

I have a table where there is a custom column that calculates the profit of the invoices in the various project.

 with the date of the project, I can set my time frame to calculate the total of invoices in those project.(first step filter for my time frame of project) then i need to filter the result of this for a range of invoices date( basically is a filter of a filter) but if i do so also the second filter affect the first one, I need to specify a hierarchy of those filters

how can I do that?

my problem with it that will be required to modify those 2 dates every month, and for my end user this will not work ay solution
