I know the thread is old, but if you still have the same question for a newer version, then you can access this by flipping the switch from OFF to ON behind the color selection in 'Cell Elements'. It will show a popup with the options if you do.

Hi @Anonymous,

The conditional formatting on cards don't work in the same way as tables.

On the colour options for data or background you have 3 dots where you can define three conditional formatting.

Check link below

Hi @Anonymous ,

The 3 dots is on the format options of the card where you define the text size, lables, etc, for each colour you should have the 3 dots.

Only show for Data Label but conditional formatting is available in the same way for:

  • Data Label
  • Category
  • Title
  • Background
  • Border

Thanks a lot msft and Felix

Hi ,

Are you sure about the version you have? The dark theme is not available on the September version.

Are you using PBI desktop or PBI report server desktop?

You need to go to the left side of the color until the 3 dots appear.

You have to go into the formatting options for the card, then expand the Data label, Category, Title or Background options. then you will see the three dots on top of each other.
